Hi, I'm James Ko.

I get it. Living with chronic pain can feel like carrying a weight that just won’t go away. You might even be wondering if this is just your “new normal.” I know because I’ve been there. When I was 5 years old, I fell off a horse and, to be honest, I never quite got back on. My back, hip, and knees paid the price for most of my adult years, and it felt like no matter what I tried, nothing truly worked; And I’m a physical therapist.

It comes from my years of experience as a physical therapist but mostly from my personal journey searching for a solution to my own chronic pain.

Chronic pain often leads to other issues and problems. For me, it lead to excess stress and weight gain. Which made my life difficult.
